We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Master level Clinician to join our In-Home Therapy team. If you’re someone who thrives outside the office and wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families, this is the role for you. Responsibilities: Assessing families and youth in their natural environments (home, school, community) Developing treatment plans that reflect family voice and choice Providing therapy to youth and families using evidence-based approaches Preventing hospitalizations and out-of-home placements Managing crises and building safety plans that actually work Guiding families toward healthier relationships, better communication, and stronger emotional wellness Teaming up with our bachelor’s-level support staff to provide comprehensive wraparound care Requirements: Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field - must be license eligible Valid MA Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle with a good driving record At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting Strong communication skills & emotional intelligence Ability to make clinical judgments and work independently Compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to equity and family-centered care Enjoy fast-paced environments and creative problem-solving Why Join Us? Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
