      "value": "You will be responsible for the mechanical design and hermetic packaging of our implantable brain-computer interface with us.<ul><li>Build a high-performing team and take on its disciplinary leadership.</li><li>Design and develop hermetically sealed housing and packaging solutions for the implant that ensure safe, long-term function inside the body.</li><li>Evaluate and select encapsulation materials and methods (ceramics, titanium, polymers, etc.) with respect to biocompatibility, hermeticity, and long-term stability.</li><li>Integrate electrodes, chip, and connectors into an implantable complete system.</li><li>Develop test methods and test infrastructure for hermeticity testing, mechanical stress testing, and accelerated aging.</li><li>Use CAD and FEA for design, simulation, and DFX optimization, and coordinate the interfaces with the electrode, chip, and manufacturing teams as well as external partners.</li></ul>"
