This position will act as a mentor to Plumbing Apprentices.</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s In It For Me?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Market Value Compensation $22.00 to $26.00 per hour </li>\n <li>Robust PTO Plan</li>\n <li>Health, Vision and Dental plans for you and your family to choose from</li>\n <li>401K Retirement Plan with company match up to 30%</li>\n <li>Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability</li>\n <li>Special Program Options: FSA, EPA, Legal Services, and Identity Theft</li>\n <li>Continuous Training for your Professional Development</li>\n <li>Working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment</li>\n <li>Coached and supported career growth</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services</li>\n <li>Water Heater replacement and repair</li>\n <li>Fixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet)</li>\n <li>Drain Cleaning</li>\n <li><p>Troubleshooing residential issues</p></li>\n <li><p>Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances.</p></li>\n <li><p>Repair or replace broken or leaking pipes, faucets, toilets, sinks, water heaters, and other plumbing fixtures.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform drain cleaning using snakes, jetters, or other equipment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct video inspections of plumbing systems to identify problems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Interpret blueprints and building codes to plan plumbing system layouts.</p></li>\n <li><p>Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide cost estimates and explain repair options to customers.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Respond to emergency service calls during and outside of normal working hours.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate with customers professionally and clearly regarding the nature of work performed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, or inspectors as needed.</p></li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I have What it Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum of 3 years residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)</li>\n <li>Leak Location and Repair, a plus</li>\n <li>Good analytical skills and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite </li>\n <li>Results driven in a high-energy environment                </li>\n <li>Must be able to follow directions and work independently                            </li>\n <li>Ability work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather                 </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
