The Program Manager is responsible for the timely report of information to ensure program efforts are met.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrates competence in project management and technical competence in discipline field(s)</li>\n <li>Possesses knowledge of industry policies and practices such as FAR ISO 9001 and AS9110</li>\n <li>Understands and complies with the Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR), Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, requirements, policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Provides cost and schedule estimating</li>\n <li>Ensure program meets systems discipline, engineering specifications and commercial practices relating to weapon systems procurement and production. </li>\n <li>Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required</li>\n <li>Participates in program meetings as required</li>\n <li>Must be able to provide clear concise communication</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>BA/BS in Business, Management, Engineering or Science Required</li>\n <li>Masters Preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least two years Program Management Experience Required</li>\n <li>Four years Program Management Experience Preferred</li>\n <li>MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project desired</li>\n <li>Earned Value Management, Proposal Writing experience preferred</li>\n <li>Aviation program experience desired. </li>\n <li><strong>Must have or be able to obtain a Secret level clearance </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>**Must be able to travel, including OCONUS locations. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is the minimum experience for a Program Manager. </p>",
