This position creates an exciting and effective camp experience for 4th through 12th grade students at both on-site and off-site camp locations as part of the Outdoor Education and Student Development program offerings.</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p><table border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" width=\"100%\"><ul><li>Lead a team of 15 to 20 students, 4<sup>th</sup> &ndash; 12<sup>th</sup> grades, as they participate in Outdoor Education/Student Development camps.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist School Programs leadership with preparation, set up and cleanup of OE/Student Development events.&nbsp;</li><li>Create a fun and exciting learning environment.</li><li>Deliver educational content according to camp design and objective.</li><li>Facilitate recreational activities.</li><li>Carry out assigned work projects as required for program upgrade or maintenance.</li><li>Assist other camp departments as needed.</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><table border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" width=\"100%\"><ul><li>Maintain compliance with Sky Ranch&rsquo;s employee policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Perform other duties as required.</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table><p><br></p><p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS:</u></strong></p><p><strong>EDUCATION&nbsp;</strong></p><table border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" width=\"100%\"><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, preferably in field of education with major or minor in science or history.</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table><p>&nbsp;<strong>EXPERIENCE</strong></p><table border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" width=\"100%\"><ul><li>One to three years of experience in the field of education or similar.</li><li>Experience working with kids in a camp setting preferred.</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</strong></p><table border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" width=\"582\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" width=\"100%\"><ul><li>Teaching certificate desirable.</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE OF</strong></p><table border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" width=\"100%\"><ul><li>Education principles and methods.</li><li>Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service.
