Description

Looking for: Technical & Creative Virtual Assistant (Funnels, Social Media & Content Support) Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and versatile Virtual Assistant with both technical and creative capabilities to support a growing online business. The role will initially focus on a short-term project involving funnel setup and platform support, with the potential to transition into an ongoing part-time and eventually full-time position. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage funnel systems (Kartra/system.io), assist with lead generation assets, and create consistent, on-brand social media content. The ideal candidate is not just task-oriented but also proactive, offering ideas, suggestions, and improvements. Scope of Work: Phase 1: Project-Based (Initial Engagement) Assist with funnel-related tasks (post-migration support if needed) Support creation of lead magnets and opt-in pages Help organize and implement low-ticket offers and funnel structure Provide light technical assistance with system.io and/or Kartra Ongoing Responsibilities (Part-Time to Full-Time) Manage and create social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Edit short-form videos (basic editing using templates) Create branded templates using Canva Assist with funnel updates, landing pages, and email campaigns Support content repurposing (e.g., turning ideas into videos or posts) Upload and organize course/content materials in funnel platforms Provide general VA support as needed Qualifications: Required Skills & Experience: Experience with Kartra and/or system.io (required; both preferred) Familiarity with funnel building, lead magnets, and digital marketing workflows Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar) Strong Canva skills for branded content creation Understanding of social media content creation and formatting Good written English communication skills Preferred (Nice to Have): Experience with GoHighLevel (future scalability) Background in content marketing or online coaching businesses Ability to assist with course setup and digital product delivery Experience with email marketing and automation Soft Skills: Proactive and confident in making suggestions Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design (feminine, elegant aesthetic preferred) Reliable and responsive communicator Comfortable asking questions and providing feedback Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently Additional Notes Preference for candidates with a strong sense of feminine, elegant design aesthetic Candidate should be comfortable working collaboratively and acting as a sounding board Long-term potential for the right fit Tools Required: Canva CapCut Kartra and/or system.io (Optional) GoHighLevel General productivity and communication tools Shifts & Hours: Flexible working hours Preferred overlap with client’s daytime for communication (approx. 3–4 hours overlap) Engagement Type: Start with a short-term project (10–30 hours package) Transition to ongoing part-time Opportunity to grow into a full-time role Target Start Date: Flexible; no urgent hiring requirement; timeline may align with client availability and travel schedule
