    "jobDescription": "<p><span style=\"color:#333333\"><b><span style=\"font-size:14px\"><br />Job Description</span></b></span></p><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Join us as a </span><b><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Claims Analyst III</span></b><span style=\"font-size:14px\"> to take on key responsibilities within a world-class claims function.</span></span></p><p></p><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><b><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Make your mark in Claims</span></b></span></p><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">As a Claim Analyst III, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of multi-line, financial lines claims from inception through conclusion brought against insureds.   The responsibilities for this role include making coverage determinations, investigating losses, evaluating, and projecting potential exposures, setting judgmental reserves, developing and implementing resolution strategies, managing outside law firms, working with underwriting on policy renewals and promoting client relationships.</span></span></p><p></p><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><b><span style=\"font-size:14px\">How you will create an impact</span></b></span></p><ul><li><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">You will be responsible for a portfolio of claims from coverage inquiry through legal liability assessment and quantum analysis, to timely and accurate resolution.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Your goal will be timely, accurate and customer-focused claim resolution, minimizing indemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expense – you will actively promote and demonstrate the principles of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ in claims handling. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">You will communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders in your role as a Errors &amp; Omissions claims expert and thought leader.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">As a valued member of the team, you will work closely with our underwriting partners to provide feedback on claim exposures and trends to inform decisions on the portfolio.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">You will also contribute to continuous improvement in Claims by supporting Quality Assurance / Regional Audit processes, ensuring mitigation of indemnity and expense exposure while communicating developments and outcomes as necessary to all key internal and external stakeholders.</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><b><span style=\"font-size:14px\">What you’ll need to succeed</span></b></span></p><ul><li><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Experience handling third-party claims, litigation or other related experience.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Knowledge of legal / regulatory and litigation / procedural requirements for professional liability and/or construction claims.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. Multi-state adjuster licenses and/or JD preferred.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Experience in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and ADR skills on higher value complex claims.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Policy language skills enabling accurate and consistent policy wording interpretation.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">A track record of following up effectively on recommendations from technical claims audits and continuous file handling improvement.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">The ability to influence claims and non-claims stakeholders by effectively directing claims strategy.</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span style=\"color:#4a4a4a\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Ready to take your career to the next level?
