At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The BIM/VDC Senior Project Lead is responsible for performing modeling of specific or multiple systems/disciplines, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, cost-effective shop drawings that support our operations teams by enabling a smooth transition into fabrication and installation. This role oversees the 3D modeling and coordination process across one or more projects, always striving to deliver the most efficient and value-driven product on their assigned projects. Assist the BIM/VDC Manager to cultivate a team focused on strategic planning, cost-conscious execution, and continuous improvement to enhance project outcomes.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Promote company culture, attitude, and commitment.</p>\n<p>· Support team members in interpreting code requirements, developing and executing project</p>\n<p>strategies, and applying the company’s best practices throughout the process.</p>\n<p>· Manage BIM subcontractors on specific job assignments.</p>\n<p>· Participate in weekly staff meetings to confirm that the team is meeting deadlines, optimizing</p>\n<p>capacity, and maintaining quality.</p>\n<p>· Participate in weekly project meetings to support team members.</p>\n<p>· Advanced knowledge of how to create effective BIM budgets and assist BIM/VDC Manager on</p>\n<p>pre- and post-bid submissions.</p>\n<p>· Review actual and projected costs against project budgets with the BIM/VDC Manager to identify</p>\n<p>trends and areas for improvement.</p>\n<p>· Participate in project close-out reporting/meetings to share lessons learned with project/BIM team</p>\n<p>members.</p>\n<p>· Assist Regional operations teams and BIM/VDC Managers to keep up with software</p>\n<p>developments, database improvements, BIM/VDC advancements, and training initiatives.</p>\n<p>· Help organize, lead, and/or participate in training opportunities at your disposal.</p>\n<p>· Adheres to the departmental code of ethics while exemplifying high levels of professionalism and</p>\n<p>leadership that appropriately represent the company.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· High School diploma or GED.</p>\n<p>· 6 to 10 years of experience in BIM MEP processes.</p>\n<p>· Expert building systems, code, fabrication, and installation knowledge.</p>\n<p>· Expert software (Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Fabrication, and Bluebeam) knowledge.</p>\n<p>· Complete understanding of the BIM/VDC process.</p>\n<p>· Ability to maintain patience and understanding in a stress-filled environment</p>\n<p>· Effective verbal and written communication skills.</p>\n<p>· Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p>· Versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.</p>\n<p>· Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary. · Experience in a leadership role with responsibility for development of others.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Advanced software knowledge (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, and BlueBeam).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Travel Requirements</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· 0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</p>\n<p>· Climbing stairs.</p>\n<p>· Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.</p>\n<p>· Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</p>\n<p>· Quiet environment.</p>\n<p>· Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.</p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $76,860.00 - USD $102,565.00 /Yr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
