Leasing Consultant

Are you passionate about helping people, creating positive resident experiences, and building communities where people feel at home? We’re looking for a Leasing Consultant I who thrives in a customer-focused environment and wants to make a meaningful impact every day.
In this role, you’ll be more than a leasing professional — you’ll be a trusted guide for prospective residents, a problem-solver for current residents, and a key contributor to maintaining vibrant, welcoming communities. If you enjoy connecting with people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we’d love to meet you.
What We Offer
Predictable schedule — primarily Monday–Friday, 8–5 with an on-call schedule (not constant nights/weekends)
30 days off in your first year — real time to recharge
Competitive pay starting at $23 per hour + overtime + bonus potential
Benefits that start within 30 days — no long wait periods. Medical, Dental, and Vision start on the 1 st of the month after your hire date. Paid maternity and paternity leave after 90 days.
Retirement contributions you don’t have to chase — we invest in you automatically. 403B retirement plan up to 5%, the company contributes 3% regardless of an employee’s contribution. What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents through tours, leasing support, and ongoing communication
Process applications, prepare lease documentation, and support occupancy goals through efficient leasing operations
Maintain accurate resident files, certifications, and compliance documentation
Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to support move-ins, move-outs, and resident needs
Respond to leasing inquiries, manage leads, and support outreach efforts to maintain strong occupancy levels
What We’re Looking For
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a team environment
Preferred
Property management or leasing experience
Experience working with affordable housing programs
Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi or RentCafe
