In this role, you’ll be more than a leasing professional — you’ll be a trusted guide for prospective residents, a problem-solver for current residents, and a key contributor to maintaining vibrant, welcoming communities. What We Offer Predictable schedule — primarily Monday–Friday, 8–5 with an on-call schedule (not constant nights/weekends) 30 days off in your first year — real time to recharge Competitive pay starting at $23 per hour + overtime + bonus potential Benefits that start within 30 days — no long wait periods. Medical, Dental, and Vision start on the 1 st of the month after your hire date. Paid maternity and paternity leave after 90 days. Retirement contributions you don’t have to chase — we invest in you automatically. 403B retirement plan up to 5%, the company contributes 3% regardless of an employee’s contribution.
