Owns and manages the customer experience for large (Maha) customers
End to end responsibility for customer experience/ essential services
Manager customer experience in compliance with all company procedures
Manages the end to end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures.
Owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective solution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders.
Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
Collect and analyze sales data and trends
Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales
Publish regular insights reports to measure and track KPIs against benchmarks.
Lead analytics presentations to business stakeholders.
Create customer performance dashboards and present RCA of performance metrics, per customer, that are failing for service intervention
Leverage CX data to identify opportunities to improve customer service and customer experience.
