The position requires strong knowledge and enthusiasm for aviation projects, technical authority for airside/landside systems, and assisting with production tasks in a multi-task environment.&nbsp; Focus areas include aviation design and planning. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a team spirit, a can-do attitude, and the ability to maintain positive relationships.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong Civil 3D experience (10+ years, but can be flexible for the right candidate)</span></li>\n <li><span>Commercial service airport experience&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Tennessee general aviation experience&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong understanding of FAA design and construction specifications</span></li>\n <li><span>Airfield pavement design experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Airport hydraulic design experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability/willingness to train others</span></li>\n <li><span>Understanding of project financials, solely as it relates to project execution</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to coordinate with design teams, agency contacts and Project Managers on delivering design packages.</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with multiple civil disciplines working as a team to solve design challenges.</span></li>\n <li><span>A passion for quality, schedule, and resource planning.</span></li>\n <li><span>Develops processes to improve efficiency.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Able to communicate to a team the goals and expectations.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide coaching and development of others.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>COMPENSATION</strong>&nbsp;</span><br><span>The approximate compensation range for this position is $109,179 to $189,139.&nbsp; This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.&nbsp; Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>BENEFITS</strong></span><br><span>We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Medical, dental, vision insurance</span></li>\n <li><span>401k Retirement Plan</span></li>\n <li><span>Health Savings Account (HSA)</span></li>\n <li><span>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</span></li>\n <li><span>Life, AD&amp;D, short-term, and long-term disability</span></li>\n <li><span>Professional and personal development</span></li>\n <li><span>Generous paid time off</span></li>\n <li><span>Commuter and wellness benefits</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>#LI-HYBRID #LI-KR1</span></p>",
