With our years of experience in several states, we can grow, package, and deliver the best cannabis flower and manufactured/infused products to market in Missouri, meeting the high standards of discerning customers who appreciate cannabis in all its forms.&#160;</p><p><u><strong>Description&#160;</strong></u></p><p>The Post-Processing Supervisor is integral to the successful operation of the cultivation facility as they oversee the Flower Pack team to&#160;maintain&#160;both compliance&#160;and production. Must track employee progress and all functions of department, including updating SOP&#8217;s and keeping all data tracking systems&#160;accurate. Must support daily operation of various machines by troubleshooting, documenting relevant practices, scheduling maintenance, and providing operators with training to ensure team is up to date with changes.&#160;&#160;</p><p><u><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></u></p><ul><li>Oversee all functions of the Post-Processing Flower Pack&#160;team which include but are not limited to&#160;scheduling,&#160;packaging products, rework, and batch record keeping.</li><li>Ability to review data and navigate Microsoft Suite applications.&#160;</li><li>Keep all processes of packaging room up to date and compliant.&#160;</li><li>Daily production plans reviewed and&#160;executed;&#160;with the ability to develop solutions to any barrier that may arise with the support of the&#160;Post Processing&#160;management team.&#160;</li><li>Complete quality control audits as&#160;required&#160;across different process path functions.&#160;</li><li>Input data into state compliance software and internal software.&#160;</li><li>Maintain data records around productivity and quality metrics.&#160;</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude&#160;with the ability to diagnose, adjust, and&#160;maintain&#160;complex, high&#8209;speed industrial and packaging machinery.</li><li>Hands-on experience with automated production equipment, including setup, line balancing, jam/rollback prevention, tension adjustment, and continuous process monitoring.&#160;</li><li>Working knowledge of PLC&#8209;controlled systems, including understanding basic ladder logic behavior, interpreting HMI alarms, and supporting troubleshooting steps directed by maintenance or controls teams.&#160;</li><li>Ability to safely perform&#160;tag-in/tag-out (LOTO) procedures&#160;in accordance with&#160;facility safety standards.&#160;</li><li>Experience in&#160;sensor calibration and tuning&#160;for&#160;photoeyes, proximity sensors, encoders, and other automation components.&#160;</li><li>Familiarity with&#160;safety relays, interlocks, and machine guarding systems, including recognizing faults and responding appropriately.&#160;</li><li>Capable of performing&#160;routine adjustments and minor mechanical repairs, including alignment, tensioning, lubrication, and&#160;component&#160;replacement.&#160;</li></ul><br><u><strong>Qualifications and Education</strong></u><ul><li>At least 21 years of age.&#160;</li><li>Proven experience operating mechanical or automated production equipment<ul><li>Blackbird or similar preferred</li></ul></li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical manuals and diagrams.</li><li>This job requires strong leadership and attention to detail.</li><li>Familiarity with FDA labeling and packaging regulations (FPLA, CGMP).</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to product quality and safety.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Availability to work weekends &amp; occasional holidays.&#160;</li><li>All employees must adhere to local and state laws and regulations related to cannabis production and keep up to date on changes to those laws and regulations.&#160;</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a State Agent ID.&#160;</li></ul><u><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></u><ul><li>Ability to sit/stand for long periods (4+ hours) of time.&#160;</li><li>Physical requirements include standing, bending and lifting up to 30+ pounds, climbing and working above shoulder height for extended periods, sliding under trays on creepers to perform maintenance, and pushing carts and wheelbarrows.</li><li>Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays</li><li>Ability to work in a production environment with heavy machinery and environmental considerations such as loud repetitive noises and temperature fluctuations.<br>&#160;</li></ul><p><u><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></u></p><ul><li>Starting at $23.00 per hour, with room to negotiate per previous experience and fit.</li><li>Health, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance, with individual employee premiums covered by the company at 100%.</li><li>401k with Matching.</li><li>12 days of paid time off.</li><li>Paid holidays, including 3 personal days.</li><li>Generous Employee discount.</li></ul>&#160;<p><span style=\"font-size:10px;\"><em>NOTE: This Job Description is not intended to be an all-inclusive statement of every duty and responsibility of the jobholder.&#160;&#160;Certain features of this job are&#160;contained&#160;herein&#160;but are not limited to the descriptions outlined in this Job Description.&#160;&#160;All positions with&#160;BeLeaf&#160;Medical may include other duties as assigned.&#160;<br><br>BeLeaf&#160;Medical is&#160;an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate&#160;on the basis of&#160;race, religion, color, creed, age, national origin, gender, sexual&#160;orientation&#160;or disability.&#160;</em></span></p>",
