Overview
The Marketing team at Adastra is looking for a dynamic individual to join our impactful B2B marketing team. The Marketing team is a key function at Adastra that translates our industry-leading capabilities into meaningful customer messages delivered through strategic channels and our dedicated Account Team. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the Partner Alliance Teams, this individual will be critical in the development and execution of interlock initiatives with our core partners (AWS, Snowflake) and strategic support across Microsoft, Databricks, and others. The execution of the interlock strategies in conjunction with the Adastra Go-to-Market priorities is pivotal to the growth of our business.

Compensation : $90,000 - $110,000
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage strategic partner relationships – Serve as the primary point of contact for partner marketing initiatives, building trusted-advisor relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels to drive strategic alignment and mutual growth
Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns – Create and deploy integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (short- and long-term) with partners to generate partner-sourced pipeline for sales teams
Manage events and tradeshows – Develop and execute the events calendar, including logistics for large tradeshows, CXO roundtables, regional events, and joint webinars with partners
Create partner-ready content and messaging – Develop offers, messaging kits, decks, demo narratives, and customer-facing content while managing approvals and brand governance
Build partner enablement programs – Deliver talk tracks, field guides, and vertical plays to support partner sellers and establish partner marketing best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with Product, Partnerships, Sales, and SAs on co-sell motions, partner launches, pipeline generation, and strategic customer engagements
Manage partner portals and programs – Maintain partner portals with current offers and collaborate with internal teams to fully leverage partner programs
Track performance and define KPIs – Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner marketing strategies; define and report on KPIs including pipeline, deal velocity, and co-marketing performance quarterly
Identify market opportunities – Leverage competitive intelligence and industry trends to identify event and campaign opportunities aligned with business goals
Oversee budget and marketing operations – Manage the partner marketing funding (MDF) budget, campaign calendar, internal communications, and reporting on program performance
Lead and develop a team – Manage and mentor 2 direct reports, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development to ensure team success and alignment with partner marketing objectives
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Post-secondary degree/diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
3-5 years of partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry. Experience with AWS or Snowflake an asset
Deep understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, capabilities, and solutions that generate partner growth and innovation
Deep strategic advisor and executive relationship management experience
Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort
Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency
