This role is highly service-driven and detail-oriented, with responsibility for event operations, staff leadership, client engagement, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate brings both operational strength and creative vision to transform spaces and deliver memorable experiences.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<h3><strong>Event Operations</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of all catered events—both on and off campus.</li>\n <li>Develop event timelines, staffing plans, logistics, and service flow.</li>\n <li>Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations to support continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.</li>\n <li>Maintain accuracy of menu identifiers and allergen information.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Staff Leadership</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise catering staff.</li>\n <li>Provide direct, hands-on leadership during events to uphold high service standards.</li>\n <li>Support a positive, accountable team culture focused on guest satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Client Coordination</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in client consultations and planning meetings.</li>\n <li>Serve as the on-site point of contact, ensuring seamless communication.</li>\n <li>Resolve service challenges professionally, efficiently, and with a customer-first mindset.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Vendor & Inventory Management</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate rentals, linen service, equipment needs, and specialty vendors.</li>\n <li>Manage inventory levels, ordering (including alcohol), and equipment readiness.</li>\n <li>Control event-related labor, supply, and rental costs to meet financial goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
