required to build tree structures.&#160; Such as repair wax patterns and assembles them following written instructions, keeping count of parts, and filling out reports.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\">Inspects and trims wax patterns to insure quality parts and handling parts and trees in a careful and controlled manner to prevent flaws or changes in the pattern dimensions.</span></span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\">Handles daily routine maintenance</span></span></p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&#160;</p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>WAX PRESS OPERATOR:</strong></span></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Performs all steps required to inject wax patterns.&#160; Such as operating one or more presses simultaneously, following written instructions, keeping count of parts , and filling out reports.</span></span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">The wax press operator selects the correct die from storage and sets up the wax press for the die.</span></span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Places die in proper position, starts the press, disassembles the die (often with tools), loosens pattern from die and inspects it for defects.</span></span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Handles parts in a careful and style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n\t<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Weighting specified amounts of metal and charging metal into furnace by hand.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n\t<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Regulate flow of water and electricity to control furnace temperature.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n\t<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Slagging molten metal and reading metal temperatures.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n\t<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Pouring metal into ladle sometimes using a hoist.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n\t<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Reading and recording melt operations.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n\t<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Be able to identify casting flaws such as miss-run, hot tears, scaling, etc. and determine procedures required to correct the defect.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n\t<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Keeping metals separated into various categories and determine correctness of alloys.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n\t<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Directs melt crew during pouring.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n\t<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Responsible for the melt crew safety.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n\t<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Handles daily routine maintenance on equipment.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n\t<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Maintains high standards in housekeeping and safety.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">&#160;</p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><strong>LADLE HELPER</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Helps with rebuilding of the ladles which may include the following:</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Chips slag from interior lining of ladle using hand held pneumatic air chisel.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Mixes sand, clay, and water to form refractory clay mud.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Patches lining where cracked or worn by covering lining with refractory clay and tamping it in place.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Chips out entire lining when beyond repair.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Relines ladle with refractory clay.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Dries and bakes new lining by using a blowtorch.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Relines and shapes pouring spouts of ladles with fire clay.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Relines ladles with refractory brick.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Makes stoppers for stopper type ladle.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Brushes graphite facing in lining.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Assist the ladle personnel in making sure that all adds put into the ladle are weighted and available for use.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Assist the ladle personnel in moving the ladle to the melt deck.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Assist to transfer poured molds to cooling on pedestal grinder or belt grinder or angle grinder.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Removes sharp edges or burrs.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Grinds out casting defects.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Grinds, off excess weld, splatter, and rust to improve appearance of workpiece.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Keeps parts separated and segregated from other orders.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Handles casting in a careful manner to prevent nicks and surface
