The position is responsible for the safety, quality and profitability of all activities performed on assigned jobs. The Foreman is&nbsp;charged with running a singular job each day. The Foreman is expected to adhere to at all times and demonstrate the Company Core Values of Integrity, Mutual Respect, Discipline and Professionalism.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Serves&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;primary&nbsp;driver&nbsp;of&nbsp;the field&nbsp;operations&nbsp;by&nbsp;managing&nbsp;personnel&nbsp;and&nbsp;equipment&nbsp;on&nbsp;assigned&nbsp;job&nbsp;to&nbsp;deliver client services that meet all Company objectives specific&nbsp;Health&nbsp;and&nbsp;Safety&nbsp;Plans (HASP&rsquo;s) on assigned jobs.</li><li>Reviews&nbsp;work&nbsp;order&nbsp;to&nbsp;assure&nbsp;that&nbsp;client&nbsp;contact,&nbsp;site&nbsp;address,&nbsp;time&nbsp;budget,&nbsp;resource&nbsp;requirements, work&nbsp;plan,&nbsp;site conditions,&nbsp;project&nbsp;specifications,&nbsp;quality&nbsp;assurance&nbsp;and&nbsp;other&nbsp;information&nbsp;is&nbsp;clear&nbsp;and&nbsp;adequate&nbsp;to&nbsp;establish&nbsp;client expectations</li><li>Coordinates&nbsp;and/or&nbsp;assures&nbsp;logistical&nbsp;determinations&nbsp;and&nbsp;decisions&nbsp;on&nbsp;assigned&nbsp;jobs&nbsp;are&nbsp;carried&nbsp;out&nbsp;on&nbsp;a&nbsp;daily&nbsp;basis&nbsp;to assure that client expectations are exceeded</li><li>Assures&nbsp;that&nbsp;all&nbsp;pre-project&nbsp;clearances,&nbsp;notifications&nbsp;and&nbsp;conditions&nbsp;are&nbsp;met</li><li>Report&nbsp;progress&nbsp;of&nbsp;all&nbsp;assigned&nbsp;projects&nbsp;by&nbsp;regularly&nbsp;communicating&nbsp;with&nbsp;responsible&nbsp;field&nbsp;personnel&nbsp;and&nbsp;Operations management</li><li>Prepares&nbsp;and&nbsp;accumulates&nbsp;required&nbsp;project&nbsp;documentation&nbsp;for&nbsp;assigned&nbsp;jobs&nbsp;to&nbsp;assure&nbsp;completeness,&nbsp;accuracy,&nbsp;quality, timeliness and follow up actions are carried out.</li><li>Enforces&nbsp;company&nbsp;policies&nbsp;and&nbsp;procedures&nbsp;and&nbsp;effectively&nbsp;communicates&nbsp;performance&nbsp;feedback,&nbsp;guidance&nbsp;and mentoring support to field operations employees</li><li>Maintains&nbsp;close&nbsp;communications&nbsp;with&nbsp;Supervisor,&nbsp;Operations&nbsp;Management&nbsp;and/or&nbsp;Program&nbsp;Managers&nbsp;to&nbsp;assure&nbsp;proper scheduling and resource needs are relayed and carried out</li><li>Must&nbsp;participate&nbsp;in&nbsp;&ldquo;On-Call&rdquo;&nbsp;Emergency&nbsp;Response&nbsp;teams</li><li>Other&nbsp;duties&nbsp;as&nbsp;assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>At&nbsp;least&nbsp;3&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;field&nbsp;experience required</li><li>Must&nbsp;demonstrate&nbsp;strong&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;skills,&nbsp;training&nbsp;and/or&nbsp;experience</li><li>Strong&nbsp;communication&nbsp;(both&nbsp;written&nbsp;and&nbsp;verbal),&nbsp;analytical&nbsp;and&nbsp;persuasive&nbsp;skills&nbsp;and&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;interact&nbsp;effectively&nbsp;with all levels of employees, management and clients.</li><li>Must&nbsp;be&nbsp;multi-task&nbsp;oriented&nbsp;and&nbsp;have&nbsp;strong&nbsp;supervisory,&nbsp;time&nbsp;management,&nbsp;organizational,&nbsp;and&nbsp;problem&nbsp;solving&nbsp;skills and the ability to understand and analyze components of jobs costs, profit and standards.</li><li>Must&nbsp;be&nbsp;able&nbsp;to&nbsp;operate&nbsp;equipment&nbsp;and/or&nbsp;understand&nbsp;equipment&nbsp;capabilities&nbsp;and&nbsp;requirements&nbsp;of&nbsp;different&nbsp;types&nbsp;of&nbsp;jobs</li><li>Ability&nbsp;to work&nbsp;in&nbsp;a wide&nbsp;range&nbsp;of&nbsp;environments&nbsp;including&nbsp;those&nbsp;involving&nbsp;hazardous&nbsp;conditions&nbsp;which&nbsp;may&nbsp;require lifting or exerting force exceeding 50 lbs.</li><li>Must have appropriate licenses, in good standing and meet applicable MER and DOT driving requirements to operate company vehicles and equipment (documentation is required).</li><li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;work&nbsp;in&nbsp;excess&nbsp;of&nbsp;regularly&nbsp;scheduled&nbsp;hours&nbsp;when&nbsp;necessary.</li><li>Ability to travel overnight as required by business needs.</li><li>Must participate in and successfully complete continuing education training courses in occupational safety and environmental regulations as outlined by the MER employee development program.
