We are now looking for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Specialist   to join our professional yet easy-going customer support team. Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor player accounts with attention to detail. Deliver fast, accurate, personalised, and friendly support to customers in Portuguese (PT-PT) via email and live chat. Staying updated with our products, promotions and special offers that we promote to our customers. Reporting relevant issues such as downtime and multi-user issues to third other departments and/or Team Lead. Handling occasional supportive tasks from our other departments. This is a great opportunity to get to know the business from different angles and to grow professionally! Our specialists work 8-hour shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Requirements: Native-level proficiency in Portuguese (PT-PT), with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as fluency in English. A service-oriented person who enjoys helping customers and solving problems. A positive, proactive mindset and a natural problem solver. Customer service-focused, committed, reliable, and a team player. A flexible team player who is able to work independently. Customer service experience is a plus, but we provide full training.
