For full-time team members, we also offer comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision plans and employer-paid life insurance for added peace of mind. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#TownCountrySD</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Patrol resort grounds, public areas, meeting space, and back-of-house areas to ensure safety and security</p></li>\n <li><p>Respond to and report all incidents including accidents, medical situations, suspicious behavior, or property damage</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor surveillance cameras, fire control panels, and security systems</p></li>\n <li><p>Enforce resort rules and regulations in a calm and professional manner</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist in emergency situations (evacuations, fire alarms, guest injuries) with a proactive and composed approach</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports and security logs</p></li>\n <li><p>Work closely with front office, engineering, and banquet teams during high-traffic events</p></li>\n <li><p>Escort guests and employees as needed to ensure safety</p></li>\n <li><p>Support lost and found procedures and guest service needs related to security</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with crowd control during large conventions, weddings, and events</p></li>\n <li><p>Uphold confidentiality and privacy of guest and company information</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Valid Guard Card required</p></li>\n <li><p>CPR/First Aid certification preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Prior experience in hotel/resort security or law enforcement is a plus</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflict with tact and professionalism</p></li>\n <li><p>Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events</p><h3><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></h3>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift (up to 8+ hours)</p></li>\n   <li><p>Must be able to climb stairs, walk throughout the 39-acre property, and respond quickly to emergencies</p></li>\n   <li><p>Occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs</p></li>\n   <li><p>Must be able to operate radios, phones, and computers</p></li>\n  </ul><p> </p></li>\n</ul>",
