Check units just prior to move-in for final condition.</li><li>Schedules and prioritizes all service requests optimizing resident satisfaction, staff skills and abilities, and preservation of the asset.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintenance of swimming pool, amenity areas, spas, and fountains.</li><li>Maintenance, daily cleaning, and repair of common areas (including sweeping, washing, and general cleaning).</li><li>Responsible for adherence to budget guidelines and maintaining inventories.</li><li>Monitor security - all vacant units, outside doors of the clubhouse, and other maintenance and/or common facilities and amenities. Ensure doors are locked. General property safety and security and accident prevention, including key control.</li><li>Maintain a professional demeanor with residents.</li><li>Communicate regularly with the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager regarding issues and recommendations for property improvements.</li><li>Purchases supplies and services as needed utilizing approved vendors after receiving approvals and purchase orders from the manager.</li><li>Must have the ability to work weekends when necessary and be on-call as needed.</li><li>Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
