    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Summary of Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for all logistical processing of retail customer orders including eCommerce; which includes coordination with customers, internal departments, warehouse, and arranges shipment of requested retail items.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">New Customer Setup</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manual Order Entry</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Process various retail customers and eCommerce orders, while following each customers guidelines</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Run/save/send reports on new purchase orders</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support and maintain policies, procedures, support plans and similar data</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Update pertinent fields in IQMS before orders ship</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Request extensions for purchase orders when missed pickups occur</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Investigate and provide documentation to disprove customer chargebacks</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Inform warehouses on new vendor shipping requirements along with any changes to present vendor routing &amp; shipping guides. Update vendor guides as necessary &amp; keep track of changes in Customer Guidelines folder</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other related duties as required and assigned</li></ol><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with Retail Portal websites</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication skills - verbal and written</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to multi-task</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of transportation and logistics</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with retail eCommerce</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li></ol><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Long periods of work that primarily involve sitting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.</li></ol></div>\n",
