          "text": "<p>Be a part of a spectacular event! As an Event Server with Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel you will create a special event that our Guests will remember. Your ability to work as a team player combined with your service skills and your engaging personality will ensure that our Guests have a memorable experience.<strong>&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Starting Rate:</strong> $17.22 per hour</p><p>We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $17.22</p><p><strong>Job Duties Include:&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Provide exceptional service to all Guests in a variety of settings including plated and buffet banquets for breakfast, lunch and dinner, working lunches, coffee breaks, cocktail receptions, formal events, and off-site catering events.</li><li>Set event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders, client specifications and service standards. And tear down and clean up following banquet functions.</li><li>Offer a high level of product knowledge and follow up on all Guest inquiries.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
