At TWB, we invest in our people from Day 1 with <strong>competitive pay starting at $30/hour and up based on experience</strong>, medical, dental, and vision insurance starting immediately, and opportunities to grow and advance your career.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>As a Maintenance Technician at TWB, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. You will:</p><ul><li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues throughout the facility</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance on assigned machinery and equipment</li><li>Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including PLC-related troubleshooting</li><li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical prints</li><li>Complete welding and fabrication tasks with minimal direction</li><li>Accurately and timely document work in the maintenance management system</li><li>Follow all safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe work environment</li><li>Support continuous improvement efforts and perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Hours</strong></p><p>6am-6pm, 6pm-6am Continental Schedule (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a self-motivated, safety-focused problem solver who takes pride in their work. Ideal qualifications include:</p><ul><li>Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong electrical background with PLC experience and the ability to read ladder logic</li><li>Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic plumbing</li><li>Welding, cutting, and fabrication skills</li><li>Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints</li><li>Solid computer and workbench skills</li><li>Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail</li><li><strong>2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience</strong></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>Preferred but not required:</i></p><ul><li>CPR and First Aid certification</li><li>Experience with lockout/tagout, confined space, fall protection, and PPE protocols</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why TWB</strong></p><p>We know skilled maintenance professionals have choices.
