In partnership with LEAD Girls of NC, the Future Forward LEADer Program is a six‑week leadership and career exploration experience designed to empower young women through hands‑on exposure to our business, our people, and our values. As a Future Forward LEADer, participants will rotate through key departments, learn directly from leaders and mentors, and build essential skills in communication, teamwork, accountability, and decision‑making. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to develop confidence, discover career possibilities, and grow as a future leader while gaining real‑world insight into how Foster operates and serves its communities.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Throughout the program, participants will rotate through key areas of the organization while completing a capstone project focused on proposing a process improvement or innovative idea.
