Locksmith experience is a strong plus.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform general carpentry work and facility maintenance, including framing, drywall, trim, flooring, and finishing repairs</li>\n <li>Install, repair, and maintain doors, locks, and related hardware across park facilities and housing</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and service door systems and locking mechanisms, ensuring proper function and security</li>\n <li>Repair and maintain building structures, fixtures, and interior/exterior components</li>\n <li>Complete preventative maintenance and inspections to identify and address issues proactively</li>\n <li>Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner</li>\n <li>Assist with renovations, construction projects, and seasonal park preparation</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in facility maintenance, carpentry, or a related trade required</li>\n <li>Proficiency in door and door lock maintenance required</li>\n <li>Locksmith experience is a plus</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with door hardware (hinges, closers, panic bars, locksets, etc.)</li>\n <li>Ability to perform general carpentry work, including framing, drywall, trim, and finish repairs</li>\n <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a maintenance environment</li>\n <li>Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and effectively</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship</li>\n <li>Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons</li>\n</ul>",
