At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Apprentice will be a helper who is enrolled in a state-accredited apprenticeship program.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>General construction clean up</li>\n <li>Assist in material distribution</li>\n <li>Assist mechanics installing HVAC and Plumbing</li>\n <li>Learn code requirements</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe and secure work environment and attend safety meetings</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate on all levels</li>\n <li>Must have adequate/reliable transportation to the jobsite daily</li>\n <li>Able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis</li>\n <li>Willingness to enroll in a state / Dept of Labor approved program</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.</li>\n <li>Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Plumbing and mechanical experience is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Activities</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Environmental Conditions</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Quiet environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Demands</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
