    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Poly-America, L.P. is seeking a Technical Laboratory Supervisor to organize workflows, develop employees and establish quality control guidelines.  Poly-America produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags and construction films.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the operation, administration, technical supervision and management of the laboratory.</li>\n <li>Conduct quality tests, organize and implement corporate quality systems, and develop and write procedures related to these systems.</li>\n <li>Ensure accurate evaluation, interpretation, and verification of analyses performed in the laboratory.</li>\n <li>Responsible for reviewing, editing, and revising existing procedures and documents.</li>\n <li>Maintaining and repairing laboratory equipment; including FTIR, GC, TGA, and DSC.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Plastic Engineering preferred.    </li>\n <li>Laboratory/Quality Assurance experience of 2 years working in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>Must have experience maintaining and repairing the following laboratory equipment; FTIR, GC, TGA, and DSC.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to teach, motivate, and lead personnel.</li>\n <li>Experience with research project management.</li>\n <li>Skills in statistics and procedure implementation preferred.</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, vlookups) is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Poly-America, L.P. offers competitive compensation packages including Medical/Dental, paid vacations and holidays, and 401(K).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>IND123</p>",
