Description
Role Summary:
As a Rosie Experience Partner, you will be the frontline advocate for our active Rosies, in partnership with the Rosie People Ops Partner and Rosie Experience Lead. Your mission is to ensure Rosies feel supported, engaged, and equipped to succeed in their work and professional growth. Reporting to the Rosie Experience Lead, you’ll collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional experience for our talent while playing a critical role in talent matchmaking to align the right Rosies with the right opportunities. This position is set as Part-Time at 20 Hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Matchmaking
Serve as the Creative Talent Expert in residence, coaching and teaching others in the organization about the in-demand roles and talent to support the client success team with client needs and matching Rosies with opportunities based on WRR’s 4Ps, and We Are Rosie’s recruiting best practices.
Collaborate with the Rosie Experience Lead and client success teams to understand client needs and match Rosies with suitable opportunities based on their skills, experience, and preferences.
Maintain a deep understanding of the Rosie talent pool to ensure optimal alignment between Rosies and available roles.
Proactively identify talent gaps and address them with the community and client team.
Rosie Support and Engagement
Serve as a primary point of contact for Rosies, addressing career growth, engagement, and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Rosies to foster trust and a sense of belonging.
Regularly check in with Rosies to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
Rosie Experience Management
Assist with enhancing the onboarding for Rosies (example: Rosie career development, flow of the Rosie's experience, etc.), ensuring they have all the tools and resources needed to succeed in their roles.
Partner in the offboarding experience with professionalism, gathering feedback to improve the Rosie experience.
Collaborate with the Rosie Experience Lead and People Ops team to create and execute community engagement initiatives, such as virtual events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
Support efforts to highlight and celebrate Rosies’ achievements through newsletters, social media, and internal communications.
Resource Development
Contribute to the development of guides, FAQs, and other resources to help Rosies navigate their journey with We Are Rosie.
Continuously identify gaps in resources and work with the Rosie Experience Lead to address them.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement
Gather and analyze feedback from Rosies to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, tools, and the overall Rosie experience.
Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate records of Rosie interactions and feedback in ATS systems, ensuring information is accessible to Client & POps team.
Support administrative tasks related to the Rosie experience, including updating profiles and managing documentation within the ATS system.
Compensation
This role will be compensated hourly as a w-2 position. The rate for this role is $50/hour , based on experience and is estimated at 20 hours per week.
Perks & Benefits
Home Office: Each team member will receive $150 per quarter to use towards items related to working from home such as supplies, internet, and phone.
Rosie Refresh: You will be eligible to participate in the Rosie Refresh program after 90 days. Rosie Refresh gives each team member a yearly stipend for personal or professional development. The 2026 Stipend for Flexies is $500.
Vacation and Personal Time Off :You will receive Half-Day Paid Holidays and 8 hours of PTO per quarter. These PTO days will accrue, maxing at 32 hours in Q4. PTO hours do not roll over.
