De Functie De Production Planning Specialist is verantwoordelijk voor het afstemmen van klantvraag op productie- en supply‑planning om tijdige levering, optimale voorraadniveaus en efficiënt gebruik van middelen te waarborgen. Wat Je Gaat Doen Demand Planning: Analyseren van verkooptrends, klantprognoses en marktgegevens om nauwkeurige vraagvoorspellingen te ontwikkelen. Productieplanning: Opstellen en onderhouden van gedetailleerde productieplanningen op basis van verwachte vraag, voorraadniveaus en beschikbare capaciteit. Materiaalplanning: Samenwerken met inkoopteams om ervoor te zorgen dat grondstoffen en componenten tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor de productie. Capaciteitsanalyse: Evalueren van productiecapaciteit en bijsturen van planningen om middelen optimaal te benutten en knelpunten te minimaliseren. Voorraadbeheer: Handhaven van passende voorraadniveaus om stockouts of overstocking te voorkomen, met gebruik van best practices voor voorraadbeheer. S&OP: Actieve deelname aan Sales & Operations Planning‑processen, inclusief het geven van inzichten in productiemogelijkheden, doorlooptijden en vraagfluctuaties. Monitoring & Aanpassingen: Dagelijkse voortgang van productie volgen, planningen indien nodig aanpassen en wijzigingen proactief communiceren naar stakeholders. Rapportage & Analyse: Regelmatige rapportages leveren over productieprestaties, forecast‑nauwkeurigheid, voorraadrotatie en supply chain KPI’s. Wat Jij Meebrengt Opleiding Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industriële Techniek of een gerelateerd vakgebied. The Opportunity The Production Planning Specialist is responsible for balancing customer demand with production and supply planning to ensure timely delivery, optimal inventory levels, and efficient resource utilization. They act as a bridge between sales, operations, and procurement, aligning forecasting, scheduling, and materials management.
