Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Assist customers with service-related questions and provide accurate information. Maintain and update customer records and account information. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Track and document customer interactions and follow-up activities. Process requests, orders, and service updates accurately. Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary. Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic proficiency with computer systems and office software. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
