We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Develop and execute strategic plans to support organizational goals while monitoring market trends to identify growth and improvement opportunities</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage expenses, track revenue, and analyze financial data to support profitability targets and provide reporting to senior leadership</p></li>\n <li><p>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, support technology integration, and ensure smooth system transitions</p></li>\n <li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners while supporting contract negotiations and serving as a key stakeholder contact</p></li>\n <li><p>Lead major initiatives from planning through execution by coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver results on time and within budget</p></li>\n <li><p>Identify potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Establish and monitor key performance indicators, provide performance reporting, and coach direct reports to support continuous improvement</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Education Requirements: Associate degree, high school education, bachelor’s degree, or graduate level education</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience Requirements: 4–6 years experience in relevant field</p></li>\n <li><p>Travel requirement: Some travel expected</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Supervisor Responsibility</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Direct Reports: Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company‑wide processes, tools and resources</p>\n<p>Indirect Reports: May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge and Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Ability to develop and execute business strategies using market analysis and data‑driven decision making</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience driving operational efficiency and managing complex projects from planning through execution</p></li>\n <li><p>Capability to assess risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and establish performance metrics to improve outcomes</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Environmental & Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.</p>\n<p>Field Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment, which may include working in variable temperatures such as refrigerated areas, freezer sections and deli/bakery areas.
