This role plays a key part in shaping meaningful worship experiences by ensuring excellence, consistency, and creativity in every production environment.</p><p data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"845\">The Central Production Director will lead and develop Production HUB Directors and their teams, driving strong systems, healthy culture, and high-quality execution across the organization. This individual will set the standard for innovation and excellence.</p><p data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"868\"><strong data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"866\">What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong></p><ul data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"1273\"><li data-section-id=\"1tiyl2u\" data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"938\">Cast vision and lead production strategy across multiple campuses</li><li data-section-id=\"x1cgq7\" data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"1012\">Guide creative direction for audio, lighting, video, and environments</li><li data-section-id=\"f10052\" data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1079\">Develop and coach Production HUB Directors and volunteer teams</li><li data-section-id=\"4awin1\" data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1141\">Oversee production systems, workflows, and campus support</li><li data-section-id=\"1hg8rm2\" data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1193\">Manage budgets and long-term equipment planning</li><li data-section-id=\"rptylx\" data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1273\">Ensure safe, high-quality, and consistent execution for services and events</li></ul><p data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1304\"><strong data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1302\">What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong></p><ul data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1658\"><li data-section-id=\"10ghotd\" data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1386\">Proven experience in live production (church, touring, broadcast, or similar)</li><li data-section-id=\"oe245h\" data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1436\">Strong leadership and team development skills</li><li data-section-id=\"1xx0ge\" data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1512\">Technical proficiency in audio, video, lighting, and production systems</li><li data-section-id=\"v0ecab\" data-start=\"1513\" data-end=\"1580\">Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li data-section-id=\"3kin2j\" data-start=\"1581\" data-end=\"1658\">A collaborative, humble leader aligned with Woodside&rsquo;s mission and values</li></ul><p data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1844\">This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about leveraging production to create impactful, Christ-centered environments and to invest in the development of others.</p><p data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1627\">Woodside Bible Church membership and active participation are required.
