You will occasionally perform direct care duties. &nbsp;You will communicate appropriate details to staff nurses. The work site may be the clinic, a home and/or an apartment complex which may have two stories; if two stories, the top story is accessible by one flight of stairs.</p><p id=\"isPasted\">With traumatic brain injury, life changes in an instant. Report observations to nursing.</li><li>Train staff and patient on purpose of medications. Maintain patient charts in nursing office, i.e., filing, copying, etc.</li><li>Monitor and/or record vital signs. Will do finger stick blood sugars as needed. Apply first aid if required.</li><li>Will occasionally work as a Neuro Rehab Specialist (NRS). &nbsp;When in this role, teaches, monitors, administers, and documents individual patient programs including ADL&#39;s (as outlined on the Needs and Services Plans) and therapeutic home programs in English.</li></ul><p><u>Job Requirements:</u></p><ul><li>High School graduation or GED required.
