Description

Overview The role of the Clinical Integrity Officer is to oversee and develop the organization's clinical departments and ensure the clinical integrity of the applied behavior therapy guidelines. The CIO will be responsible for the overall clinical performance standards of the following two learning center locations: East Hartford North Learning Center I 144 Main Street Suite G, East Hartford, CT 06118 New Britain Learning Center I 125 Whiting Street, New Britain, CT 06051 Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Provide clinical oversight and implement quality assurance processes for the clinical teams across 2 center locations Work in close collaboration with assigned VP of Clinical Operations – attend weekly meetings with VP and other meetings as needed Work in close collaboration with Regional Director of Operation (RDO) and assigned VP of Operations – attend weekly meetings with RDO and other regional meetings as needed. Provide ongoing positive and constructive feedback to all clinical team members to support their growth and adherence to InBloom’s standards of client care Weekly travel between assigned center locations Schedule and facilitate new hire BCBA training – (per new hire BCBA training checklist) Monitor quality of Learning Readiness Program (LRP), social skills groups, circle times, and other programs implemented in each assigned location Treatment plan and BIP reviews Support w/ assessments as needed (reviewing onboarding documents with caregivers) Assign and continually evaluate and coordinate BCBA caseloads Monitor BCBA productivity and ensure productivity goals are consistently met (i.e. average of 28 billable hours per week) Conduct all BCBA interviews (RBT interviews, as needed) and work in collaboration with recruiting to communicate hiring needs and to support the hiring process Ensure proper maintenance of all client medical records and documentation requirements Conduct overlaps of BCBA supervision / parent training sessions to monitor quality / support with areas of need Coordinate and host bi-weekly BCBA meeting for each assigned location. Conduct weekly, biweekly, or monthly meetings with BCBAs to review clinical needs of caseload, client progress, BCBA performance, etc. Monitor and support quality of client programming and progress via Programming Checklist Monitor and support RBT supervision via Supervision Checklist, or other applicable documentation Support BCBAs with parent adherence to required caregiver training Monitor and support quality of BCBAs’ parent training, via overlaps and other applicable resources / documentation Complete BCBA Monthly Performance checklist Complete BCBA Quarterly Performance reviews Complete BCBA CR session note reviews Support BCBAs with the process of parent contracts and attend parent contract meetings, as needed Establish weekly meetings with Senior Clinical Supervisor (SCS) Monitor and support the quality of student / Student Analyst training experiences that are facilitated by the BCBAs and SCSs Implement disciplinary action with clinical team members, as needed (in collaboration with HR)Termination of clinical team members, as needed (in collaboration with HR) Coordinate and support facilitation of events to support team morale and team-building, in collaboration with center-based clinical and operations team members Maintain a small caseload (if applicable / depending upon center assignments) Attend monthly CIO meeting Model and uphold the highest standards of ethical and quality care for clients and families Model and uphold the highest standards of ethical and quality oversight of clinical team members Foster BCBA independence with InBloom’s requirements, expectations, and standards of client and RBT oversight / service provision / work culture / professionalism / morale and ethical behavior Maintain a leadership style that includes but is not limited to: remaining approachable, consistent, reliable, accessible, communicative, humble, supportive, positive, compassionate, conscientious, accountable, innovative, resourceful Perform other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise BCBAs Participate in monthly supervision overlaps with BCBAs Hold weekly / biweekly / monthly 1:1 meetings with BCBAs Host biweekly group BCBA meetings Qualifications BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required A Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment. philosophies and professional practices. Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders. Displays extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis. Previous experience in supervision required.
