As SiGMA scales further, we are <br>adding sporting events and experiences to our world-class summits.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Event Planning &amp; Coordination</span></p>\n<p>• Plan, coordinate, and execute major sporting events, including large-scale football matches in</p>\n<p>São Paulo, Rome, and Malta, ensuring sponsorships and branding are fully integrated.</p>\n<p>• Organize friendlies and exhibition games, such as industry executives versus the Malta National</p>\n<p>Team, and develop timelines, run-of-show documents, and logistics plans.</p>\n<p>• Secure venues and permits, negotiate agreements to rent stadiums, and coordinate travel, accommodation, and hospitality for players, officials, and VIPs.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stakeholder Management</span><br></p>\n<p>• Align sports activities with summit schedules and build strong relationships with associations,</p>\n<p>clubs, and sponsors.</p>\n<p>• Work and collab with gaming companies that sponsor sporting clubs and have athlete or former athlete endorsements.</p>\n<p>• Reach out to tier-one football players and clubs to negotiate agreements for exhibition matches.</p>\n<p>• Collaborate with internal teams and manage external vendors, referees, and security providers.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">On-Site Event Management</span><br>• Oversee all matchday operations, including team arrivals, warm-ups, media zones, accreditation, and guest experience, while leading staff and volunteers and troubleshooting challenges.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Budgeting &amp; Reporting</span><br>• Prepare and manage event budgets with full accountability for spend. Track expenses, contracts, and <br>invoices.<br>• Deliver post-event reports including KPIs, ROI analysis, and improvement recommendations.<br>Marketing &amp; Promotion Support<br>• Partner with the marketing team to promote events across SiGMA channels and partner platforms.<br>• Support branded materials, sponsorship activation, and media coverage.<br>• Assist with press engagement and photo/video content.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Sporting Activities</span><br>• Plan other sports-related activations (charity tournaments, celebrity matches, wellness activities, <br>team-building events).<br>• Ensure all activities enhance the broader SiGMA summit experience.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp; Risk Management</span><br>• Ensure all events comply with safety, insurance, and regulatory requirements.<br>• Develop contingency plans for weather, injuries, or venue issues, and coordinate medical and first aid <br>support.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Won’t Be Doing</span><br>• Endless meetings, heavy bureaucracy, or producing theoretical reports.<br>• Managing large teams - you’ll drive results through hands-on leadership.<br>• Detached strategy work. This is a delivery-focused, high-impact role.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span><br>• Proven experience in sports event management, ideally with football and large-scale events.<br>• Strong network in sports associations, clubs, or federations is a plus.<br>• Communication &amp; negotiation skills.
