Key duties include documenting compliance, managing risk, and ensuring project, safety, and labor adherence. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us. </p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Review and manage contracts (prime and subcontracts) to ensure adherence to FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations), DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement), and agency-specific requirements (e.g., USACE).</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversees cost controls reporting and reconciliation for Federal  District or Mega Project, providing reports to the Project Controls Director for Division-level summaries. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages the scheduling process and support for Federal  District or Mega Projects, including bid phase, project schedule creation, monthly reporting, and schedule updates. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Enforce compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act (prevailing wages), Certified Payroll, and EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conducts regular Federal  project reviews and monitors job cost reports against key performance indicators (KPIs). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates with the Division Claims/Contract Manager to track and monitor change order and claims preparation and resolution. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish and monitor internal control frameworks (accounting, procurement, project management) to support DCAA audits and internal reviews</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitors and controls project cash flow by tracking over/under billing. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists with resource and cost loading to the schedule, including labor projections, equipment and material projections, and productivity trend reporting to accurately forecast project costs and financial outcomes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists with project closeout procedures by validating final revenue prior to final bill submission. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required. </li>\n <li>7+ years’ experience in Federal contracting, construction project management, or legal compliance.</li>\n <li>Experience with Federal  complex scheduling and cost control processes required. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of construction contract agreements and change order processes required. </li>\n <li>Deep understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and OSHA safety regulatioAble to identify cost reduction strategies in schedule, quantities or contract specifications that align with project budget and design specification requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why work for us</h2>\n<p>Some of the benefits you may be eligible for as an employee are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program</li>\n <li>Industry leading 401(k)/RRSP</li>\n <li>Medical/Extended Health Care, Dental, Vision and/or Provincial Medical</li>\n <li>Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are an EEO/ADA/Veterans employer.</p>\n<h2>Salary Min</h2>USD $130,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Max</h2>USD $160,000.00/Yr.",
