font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Major Account Product Operations:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Own product outcomes for key enterprise accounts (fleet, auction, marketplace clients)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver high-impact solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Translate client needs into scalable product capabilities (not one-offs)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Establish structured intake, prioritization, and delivery processes for enterprise requests</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitor and improve operational KPIs (adoption, throughput, data quality, SLA performance)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead cross-functional execution from discovery → delivery → post-launch optimization</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
