This role will partner closely with the Market CFO to manage financial operations and month-end close processes for multiple behavioral health facilities.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive compensation</strong> </li>\n <li><strong>Comprehensive benefits</strong> including medical, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n <li><strong>401(k) with company match</strong> to support your financial future</li>\n <li><strong>Generous paid time off</strong> for vacation, sick days, and holidays</li>\n <li><strong>Professional development & leadership training</strong> to sharpen your skills</li>\n <li><strong>Career mobility</strong> within Acadia’s nationwide network of 250+ facilities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>​</strong><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>​Develop and implement financial systems, processes, controls and procedures for accounting functions. </li>\n <li>​Coordinate and supervise activities of the accounting department. </li>\n <li>​Prepare employees for greater responsibility by involving them in different areas of the department. </li>\n <li>​Provide financial information to operating management in a routine and timely manner.  </li>\n <li>​Serve as a backup for the Payroll Accountant when needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Develop and submit requested reports in a timely fashion that assists in the analysis of the business. </li>\n <li>​Prepare and distribute daily revenue, cash and census reports. </li>\n <li>​Assume responsibility for developing and achieving budget targets for the department and the facility.  </li>\n <li>​Monitor the expenditures of the facility to maintain compliance with the budget. </li>\n <li>​Operate within the confines of the annual budget as adjusted for volume. </li>\n <li>​Monitor daily deposits and reconcile with G/L posting to assure accuracy of daily reporting and facilitates month end processing and reconciliation. </li>\n <li>​Organize and coordinate activities of the accounting departments as they pertain to the preparation of monthly financial statements and month end close. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>​</strong><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>​Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.  </li>\n <li>​CPA preferred.   </li>\n <li>​Five years of job-related experience preferably in a health care setting.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>​</strong><strong>LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>​NA </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>AHCORP</p>\n<p>#LI-MJ1</p>\n<p>#LI-onsite</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are committed to providing equal  employment opportunities to all applicants for employment regardless of an individual’s characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and local laws.</p>",
