Greets, and makes welcome, each guest entering restaurant.</li>\n <li>Seats guests in restaurant as per specified rotation requirements. </li>\n <li>Maintains proper seating and reservation documentation.</li>\n <li>Monitors restaurant for table availability.</li>\n <li>Keeps designated working area clean and organized; wipes and assists in maintaining cleanliness of dining room, including cashiering area, as necessary or required, in accordance with established health and safety standards.</li>\n <li>Assists wait staff and bus persons in their duties (e.g., refills water glasses and coffee cups, helps pre-bus and bus tables, attends to guest needs) as necessary, or required.</li>\n <li>Completes all assigned closing duties at end of shift.</li>\n <li>Knows and promotes current casino events and programs and can give guests directions to all casino areas.</li>\n <li>Thanks customers, invites them back, wishes them luck, and makes it easy for them to get back in play.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Applicant <strong>must be at least 18 years</strong> of age.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Previous customer service experience in a high-volume operation preferred.</li>\n <li>Read, write, speak, and understand English.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service/communication skills.</li>\n <li><strong>Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. </strong></li>\n <li>Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.  </li>\n <li>Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
