This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about precision in design and construction. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Draft and develop detailed shop drawings for a variety of glazing systems for approval, in-house fabrication and field installation, both in metric and/or imperial </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Draft and develop complex fabrication models based on point cloud data (3D laser scanning) to verify accuracy in production </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Generate a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) for various glazing components for production </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Collaborate closely with teams to ensure seamless project execution and maintain communication throughout project lifecycles </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Review project specifications, drawings, estimates, and existing dialogues to ensure the accuracy of systems to be developed in the shop drawings </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Utilize Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD 2D and 3D modelling, and Recap PRO to create precise technical drawings and BIM models that align with project requirements.
