    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>SUMMARY:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for making daily rounds of all boilers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, vacuum pumps, hallway lighting and exit lights. They perform a daily medical gas inventory, must handle all work orders and Preventative Maintenance that are assigned to him/her, and assists in the security program. This position is under the supervision of the Engineering Supervisor and reports to the Director of Plant Operations.</p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum Experience: 6 (six) months experience preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Required Licensure/ Certifications: MAB (90 days upon hire)&nbsp;</li><li>Must be knowledgeable of medical equipment and know how to operate and maintain facility boiler equipment</li><li>Must have knowledge of the following: electrical systems, plumbing systems, air conditioning systems and repair of minor building materials to the facility.
