You translate PRDs into well-formed user stories with crisp acceptance criteria.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Sprint execution:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Run the rhythm—planning, stand-ups, refinement, reviews, and retros—with the discipline to keep cadence and the flexibility to adapt when reality shifts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Cross-squad coordination:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Many of our features cut across squads (ML + frontend + IoT).
