This role will&nbsp;assist&nbsp;with a mechanical upgrade project at a seniors’ housing facility, including boiler and water heater replacements and associated system upgrades.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>This is a project-based role providing general site support to trades and helping ensure safe and efficient execution of work.&nbsp;The project will be from late June to end of August.</p><p>Hourly rate: $22/hour</p><p><strong>Where We Work and Live:</strong> ATCO Frontec provides preventative and corrective maintenance services for our customers throughout Alberta. Our maintenance teams are mobile, and travel will be required in this position.</p><p style=\"line-height: 12pt; margin-right: 27pt;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Assist with site preparation and general cleanup (housekeeping)&nbsp;</li><li>Load, unload, and move materials, construction debris, piping, and equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Support tradespersons with project tasks (mechanical, electrical, carpentry, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with installation-related work tied to boiler, water heater, and control system upgrades&nbsp;</li><li>Operate basic tools and light equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Complete general labour tasks such as painting, touch-ups, and incidental service work&nbsp;</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and site regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with material transport and disposal, including possible driving to facilities&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: 12pt;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: 12pt;\">Minimum of one year of experience in general trades; experience in electrical construction or maintenance would be considered a strong asset.</li><li style=\"line-height: 12pt;\">Class 5 license and clean drivers abstract is required</li><li>Must be able to pass a Drug &amp; Alcohol Test, Fit-to-Work Test, and Background Check</li><li style=\"line-height: 12pt;\">Good mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: 12pt;\">Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced project environment</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: 12pt;\">We would like to thank everyone for their application; however, only those being considered for an interview will be contacted.</p><p style=\"line-height: 12pt;\">Collection, use, and retention of personal information will be in accordance with ATCO Group privacy policies and practices.</p><p style=\"line-height: 12pt;\">By submitting your resume and personal information to the ATCO Group of Companies, and/or participating in a personal interview, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by the ATCO Group of Companies to determine your suitability for employment opportunities within the ATCO Group of Companies.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
