You will be the driving force on-site, managing everything from safety protocols and production to client relations and team leadership.</span></p>\n<p><span>We are looking for a confident and persistent individual who is not afraid to stand by their decisions. If you are a task-oriented problem-solver with a broad viewpoint and a determination to achieve outstanding results, we encourage you to apply.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Direct and manage all field operations, with overall responsibility for safety, production, and quality.</span></li>\n<li><span>Uphold and champion the highest safety standards for your team and any subcontractors on-site, creating a culture where safety is paramount.</span></li>\n<li><span>Serve as a key point of contact with client representatives, discussing project status, resolving issues, and ensuring clear communication.</span></li>\n<li><span>Supervise all field personnel, providing leadership and training to develop a highly skilled workforce.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop project plans, manage budgets, and update schedules to meet key milestones.</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate subcontractors, order necessary materials and tools, and ensure project specifications are met.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain essential field documentation, including daily reports, time recording, and safety inspections.</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicate effectively with other superintendents and internal teams to coordinate resources and project needs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>5+ years of experience as a Concrete Superintendent in commercial, industrial, tilt-up, or multi-story construction.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong technical knowledge and skills related to concrete construction.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proven ability to read and understand construction drawings.</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.</span></li>\n<li><span>Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and nights as project demands require.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>OSHA Certification</span></li>\n<li><span>TCA or ACI Certification</span></li>\n<li><span>Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>An independent and individualistic thinker who is confident in your ability to innovate and solve problems.</span></li>\n<li><span>A direct and clear communicator, capable of stating facts and decisions with conviction.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assertive and self-confident, with the persistence to see a project through to completion.</span></li>\n<li><span>More focused on the \"why\" and \"where\" of a project than the minor details, delegating effectively while retaining responsibility.</span></li>\n<li><span>A steady leader who thrives on being challenged and having control over your own work.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Martin Concrete Construction, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer </span></p>",
