This role collaborates closely with Nursing, Therapy, Social Work, Dietary, Activities, Business Office, and facility leadership to ensure accurate assessment coding reflective of resident acuity and services provided. Prior MDS Coordinator / RNAC experience preferred Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing experience preferred Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Knowledge of RAI process, Medicare, OBRA, and reimbursement guidelines Strong organizational and communication skills This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
