Better&trade; drives our innovation team to discover new, on trend solutions.&nbsp;</p><p>As a <strong>Production Supervisor</strong>, you will provide consistent leadership and operational excellence in manufacturing by overseeing the production activities of leads and operators in the department. You&rsquo;ll ensure all product is produced on time, meets or exceeds the company&rsquo;s quality standards, and all work is performed in a safe, efficient manner.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>How will you contribute:</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
