We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. If you are looking for growth, meaningful work, and a chance to be part of a team shaping the future of off-site integration and manufacturing, this is the place to make an impact.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Must be able to Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CAD Drafters and Product Engineers</strong> to ensure high-quality design output and technical accuracy.</li>\n <li>Oversee the development of detailed 3D equipment models and production drawing packages using AutoCAD Inventor. </li>\n <li>Collaborating with Production Managers and Project Managers to align design efforts with production capabilities, project schedules, and customer requirements.</li>\n <li>Establish and maintain CAD standards, design processes, and quality control procedures for the Product Engineering team.</li>\n <li><strong>Drive continuous improvement initiatives</strong> focused on efficiency, accuracy, and standardization in the design and drafting process.</li>\n <li>Provide technical guidance and support on complex projects, including <strong>E</strong><strong>lectrical and HVAC system integration</strong>.</li>\n <li>Ensure the timely delivery of production drawings and design documentation to support manufacturing and field operations.</li>\n <li>Manage workload distribution, project assignments, and performance expectations for the Product Engineering team.</li>\n <li><strong>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to resolve design challenges and support project execution.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Drafting & Design, or a related field preferred.</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in CAD design/drafting, product engineering, or related roles.</li>\n <li>2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing CAD or engineering teams.</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor or Solid Works is required.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of electrical systems, HVAC systems, and their application in construction or manufacturing environments is required.</li>\n <li>Experience developing and implementing CAD standards, drafting processes, and quality control procedures.</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.</li>\n <li>Experience with creating organized and concise drawing sets to drive construction work flow efficiencies.</li>\n <li>Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to problem-solve and drive process improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Cummings Offers:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Supplemental Insurance: Accident & Critical Illness</li>\n <li>FSA</li>\n <li>401K & ROTH 401K</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>Company Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Bonus Plan</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Employment at Cummings is subject to background check and drug screen.</p>\n<p>Compensation commensurate with experience</p>",
