Coordinate with shipping to ensure accurate and timely delivery.</li>\n <li><strong>Inventory management</strong> (10%): Maintain inventory of computers, servers, switches, and IT devices. Ensure required equipment is stocked.</li>\n <li><strong>Ticket support</strong> (10%): Assist with basic troubleshooting, including imaging issues, as time allows.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ year supporting Windows-based PCs in a multi-user environment</li>\n <li>Proficiency with <strong>Word</strong>, <strong>Excel</strong>, <strong>OneDrive</strong>, and <strong>Teams</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and stay organized</li>\n <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or lift.  Must lift and /or move up to 30 pounds.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in order fulfillment is preferred but not required.</li>\n</ul>",
