Direct care delivery including but not limited to assessment of psychosocial health status.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Develops and coordinates array of therapeutic interventions and services using on-site wellness center, local and regional resources&nbsp;</li><li>Interviewing patients for various assessments, establishing treatment goals and plan</li><li>Maintain understanding of current treatments, knowledge, and practices in addiction care and prioritize the use of best and evidence-based practices</li><li>Develop and maintain standard policies, procedures to ensure quality services and compliance with accrediting entities &nbsp;</li><li>Maintain documentation, patient files, and statistics as required by departmental policies and funding sources</li><li>Monitor supplies for wellness center / recreational therapy</li><li>Work collaboratively with the physicians, nurses, and therapists to develop personalized treatment plans&nbsp;</li><li>Field clinically related telephone calls and respond</li><li>Provide crisis support to patients as needed in emergency situations</li><li>Participate in regular clinical team meetings and case conferences</li><li>Maintain a safe and caring environment, delivering care in a culturally sensitive manner and consistent with Wellbridge mission, vision, and values.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>OTHER DUTIES:  &nbsp;</p><p>This job description is intended to provide general guidance and not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of relevant activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Consistently move self about patient care areas. Occasionally lift and move medical equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds without assistance. Ability to verbally communicate related to patient care. Consistent computer and phone, general office equipment use. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s level degree in recreational therapy or related-behavioral sciences, CTRS designation.</li><li>BLS, required; ACLS or other certification, as required by department. Certification must be obtained within one (1) year of employment.</li><li>Familiarity with all relevant healthcare standards: OASAS, ASAM, JCAHO, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency with data management and electronic records&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
