If you've built your career in foreclosure, thrive in a high-volume environment, and want the stability of a firm that has been named one of South Florida's <strong>Best Places to Work</strong> by the <em>Sun-Sentinel</em>, read on.</p>\n<h3>What Sets This Role Apart</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Hybrid Flexibility:</strong> Work from our Fort Lauderdale headquarters — with a hybrid schedule that respects your life outside work.</li>\n <li><strong>High-Impact Practice:</strong> You'll be a central figure on a busy, collaborative Foreclosure team — not a paper-pusher, but a case driver trusted with complex matters.</li>\n <li><strong>A Firm That Invests in You:</strong> Competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and a culture that prioritizes professional growth and work-life balance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What You'll Do</h3>\n<p>As a full lifecycle Foreclosure Paralegal, you will manage cases from referral to resolution, including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in managing foreclosure sale files from inception of sale date through Certificate of Title or Disbursement of Third-Party Funds</li>\n <li>Assist in completion of foreclosure sale related client systems steps in both BKFS and Tempo.</li>\n <li>Prepare, review and file Foreclosure Sales legal documents including but not limited to:\n  <ul>\n   <li> Notices of Sale</li>\n   <li> Submission of Notices of Sale to publisher for publication</li>\n   <li>Remittance of Payment for Notice of Sale publication cost and reconciliation of cost being billed to Client.</li>\n   <li>Affidavits of Post Judgment Advances and Interest a/k/a Affidavit of Additional Sums</li>\n   <li>Motions to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale</li>\n   <li>Certificates of Mailing of Orders</li>\n   <li>Motions to Cancel Foreclosure Sale / Motions to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale</li>\n   <li>Preparation of Sale Packages in preparation of Foreclosure Sale</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Ensure Notice of Sale Publication is in compliance with F.S. 45.031(2)</li>\n <li>Ensure Proof of Publication of Notice of Sale is filed timely prior to scheduled sale date</li>\n <li>Ensure bidding instructions are received from client prior to sale and all escalations measures are taken as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Qualilfications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Full Lifecycle Foreclosure Experience:</strong> A minimum of <strong>3 years</strong> of hands-on foreclosure (or foreclosure and bankruptcy) experience — you understand how a file moves from opening to close</li>\n <li><strong>Florida Litigation Familiarity:</strong> Working knowledge of Florida court procedures, e-filing systems, and foreclosure-specific timelines and deadlines</li>\n <li><strong>Tech Proficiency:</strong> MS Office Suite required; experience with Aderant Total Office (ATO) and/or BKFS/Tempo is a strong plus</li>\n <li><strong>Exceptional Organization:</strong> Able to manage a high caseload with precision, prioritizing competing demands without sacrificing quality</li>\n <li><strong>Strong Communicator:</strong> Professional, clear, and effective with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and court staff alike</li>\n <li><strong>Team-Oriented:</strong> Collaborative and dependable — someone the team can count on when case volume surges</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>About Kelley Kronenberg</h3>\n<p>Kelley Kronenberg is a full-service Florida law firm with a decades-long reputation for excellence across litigation, insurance defense, foreclosure, and beyond.
