    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking a <strong>Bilingual Shift Supervisor - Night shift- </strong>to provide lead direction to Security Guards at assigned client site(s) on assigned shift(s). Performs duties of Security Guard within scope of assignment. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Performs the duties of a Security Guard in accord with post orders and company policy.</li><li>Provides lead direction at assigned client site(s) on assigned shift(s); acts to ensure that post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that adequate reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.&nbsp;</li><li>May counsel and discipline personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents counseling and disciplinary actions.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists in the training of Security Guards and review of post orders.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.&nbsp;</li><li>In conjunction with company management or designated company representatives acts to ensure adequate security coverage of all posts.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepares, files and submits various reports as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Must be Bilingual (English and French).&nbsp;</strong></li><li>Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance (Canadian citizenship and a min of 10 years residency in Canada are required).</li><li><strong>Ability to work night shifts, can be 8–12 hours in duration.</strong></li><li>Have a valid Ontario Security Guard License.</li><li>Have a min of 1 year experience in a similar role.</li><li>Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments.&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of a variety of security and safety devices and controls.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>$24 per hour&nbsp;</strong></li><li><strong>Sunday -1800 – 0600, Saturday - 1800 – 0600, Monday - 1800 – 0600, Tuesday -1800 – 0600 &amp; Wednesday – 1800 -00:00&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>#AF-EasternCanada</p>",
